Paskett Estate Single Vineyard.  Aged in French Oak barrel for 20 months.  Soft, smooth finish, complex flavor profile, rich berry, cassis, spice and mild vanilla.   This vintage year was an exceptional year for this vineyard.  For our customers who follow this family vineyard, the flavor profiles and structure is similar to the 2012 and 2013 vintages.
